The HealthCheck is a structured technical review of all the elements that make up your end to end Enterprise Systems environment, incorporating the application, the underlying infrastructure and any 3rd party products/tools.

The review is structured around a standard Technical Landscape depicting the technical components commonly found as part of an end-to-end Enterprise Systems technical environment. Relevant components are agreed to determine the scope of the HealthCheck.

The HealthCheck then consists of a top down architectural assessment and a bottom up detailed analysis of the individual technical components to identify challenges and determine how to address them.
The key output from the review is a detailed HealthCheck report, which includes:
- Assessment – a statement of the systems state of health at a component level.
- Correction – recommendations for immediate changes to address specific issues.
- Direction – a road map detailing specific actions to address future challenges.
The review length will vary dependent on the number components in scope, though on average it
normally takes 3-4 weeks from the initial site visit to completion of the final report.
